Token Boss is an AI-powered project management and agent orchestration platform. The Service allows users to create gameplans, manage patches (pull requests), and orchestrate automated code changes through third-party AI agents and integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

The Service integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Cursor, and others. By using these integrations, you:

  • Acknowledge that your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service
  • Grant us permission to access and interact with these services on your behalf using the credentials you provide
  • Accept responsibility for any actions performed through these integrations
  • Understand that we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services

6. API Credentials and Security

You are responsible for the security of any API keys or credentials you provide to the Service. You should only provide credentials with the minimum permissions necessary for the Service to function. We recommend regularly rotating your API keys and revoking access if you suspect any compromise.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Token Boss and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, including gameplans, patches, and code. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with code generation and project planning. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, may not be suitable for all purposes, and should be reviewed before use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or content generated through the Service before deploying it to production systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKEN BOSS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Token Boss and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
